All Creatures starts from my lived experience of every being on this planet as permeated with soul and wisdom. At once endlessly diverse, unique, and yet part of one World Soul. Of the vibration of life that flows through everything. A vibration I hear, see, and sense when human noise falls silent — when I am allowed, for a moment, to re-enter the mythical world of my childhood.
It is a world that we here, in the West, have banished to the realm of fairy tales and stories, while elsewhere it remains a daily reality. When I begin to perceive differently — more with my heart and body than with my head — the universe of wonder opens again. Animals begin to speak, and trees and creatures come alive. Not as part of some idyllic fantasy… no, it is reality itself that touches me. In all its fragility and brokenness — and with a strength and wisdom that invite me, as a human being, to humility, to collaboration, to action. In right relation.
